Administrator of Kelowna Feldenkrais Training Program
Sandra Bradshaw is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner and has had her own practice in Kelowna, British Columbia since 1999. She has presented many workshops on a variety of topics including yoga, movement and music. Sandra’s experience using the Feldenkrais Method has been successful in helping people improve the quality of their lives. She has helped clients improve sports performance in running, golf and equestrian competition as well as helping them connect with their creative side to improve their dancing, art and writing.
Sandra writes, I’m thrilled to be part of a dynamic team that is organizing the next Canadian Feldenkrais Training Program. During the training I will be taking on a fun job where I will help to look after the venue, equipment, snacks during breaks (a very important piece!) among other things. I have had a full-time Feldenkrais practice in Kelowna for 20 years and I look forward to getting to know the students in the training you all and supporting their learning over the four years.

Gisele St. Hilaire
Gisele worked as a physiotherapist for 25 years. In finding a lack in what she could offer her clients as a physiotherapist, she was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method® and saw it’s incredible potential to offer more of what she was seeking. She has been a Feldenkrais practitioner since 2001, and has had a busy practice ever since. She became an Assistant Trainer in 2010.
Gisele is passionate about Feldenkrais work, loves learning, and finds great meaning and satisfaction in helping others to do more of what they love to do. When not doing work related to her Feldenkrais practice, or training as a competitive cyclist, she loves hanging out with her husband and two dogs on their tiny acerage.

“ My engagement in this amazing work started with my training in 1984. As a Feldenkrais practitioner my work is enhanced by the skills and insights gained from my years of dance experience, my professional work a Registered Psychologist and my study of human development. As an Assistant Trainer I’ve worked in training programs across the US and in Canada. In addition, I’ve organized two successful Feldenkrais training programs in Victoria, BC. I maintain a private practice on Salt Spring Island, offer workshops and mentor Feldenkrais practitioners and professionals across disciplines. I continue to weave the current advancements in neuroscience, movement education and somatic psychology with the principles and applications of the Feldenkrais Method. ”
